Favourable and marvellous location in Rome, really close to almost Syracuse. New building and rooms with a king sized bed. Very-very nice, brilliantly friendly staff with smiling face.

the location of Relax Inn is perfect, very close to Fort Stanwix National Monument and Fort Stanwix. the room with the king-sized bed was fantastic and the bed was extremely comfortable.

The location along the Erie Canalway bike trail is ideal for bicycle touring. the room, although basic, provides comfortable accommodation for weary travelers. the staff, though not fluent in English, are courteous and polite, offering a warm welcome to guests.

The overall building and facilities are in need of renovation and updating.
